1. What is the return policy?
Customer satisfaction is a priority at MADISON. If for any reason you do not love your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 30 days for store credit. The original receipt is required to process all returns and merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags attached. Please note that final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse any returns received after 30 days or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. More details can be found here.

2. Can I return items purchased online at a MADISON store location?
Absolutely! You can return items ordered online at any MADISON store location. The same return policy applies. You can find a list of our stores here.

3. I have a MADISON gift card. How do I use it to pay for my online order?
If you have a MADISON gift card and would like to use it towards your order, enter your gift card code in the "Gift card or discount code" box on the checkout page.

4. Can I request to be notified when an item that is currently sold out becomes available?
