1. What is the online return policy?
If for any reason you do not love your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 14 days of the ship date for store credit. The original receipt is required to process all returns and merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags attached. More details can be found here.
2. Can I return items purchased online to a MADISON store location?
Yes, you can return items ordered online to any MADISON location with the original receipt. The same return policy applies. You can find a list of our stores here.
3. I have a MADISON in-store gift card. How do I use it to pay for my online order?
If you have a MADISON in-store gift card and would like to use it towards your order, call our Cameron Village location at (919) 754-1102 during regular business hours (Mon - Fri from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST). Once we verify your gift card balance, we will email you an e-gift card to use during checkout.
4. Can I request to be notified when an item that is currently sold out becomes available?
Absolutely! Use our contact form and include the name of the item and your desired size/color.
